Since January 2026 I’ve worked full time as Associate Editor at Music Week. The following is a brief summary of my career up to then.

***

I’m a fully trained (BJTC, NCTJ) multimedia journalist based in London. My specialism is in music but I’ve also told stories across culture, tech, business and current affairs during my career. In 2018 I left my full time job as Video News Producer at The Telegraph to pursue freelancing, balancing music/culture journalism with video work for several years. Over the course of my employment at The Telegraph I worked as New Music Editor at The Line of Best Fit and was promoted to Senior Editor. Between late 2023 and late 2024 I also held a full time position at Digital Frontier as Future of Culture Reporter.

These pages contain freelance articles, videos, podcasts and radio work for: NME, The Telegraph, DJ Mag, Rolling Stone UK, The London Standard, Digital Frontier, Boiler Room, Highsnobiety, BBC Radio 6 Music, the i, The Independent, DIY, London in Stereo, The Line of Best Fit, Notion, Crack, Q, Music Week, Amazing Radio, BBC Introducing, The Oxford Times, and more.

I’m not currently available for freelance commissions outside of Music Week, although do feel free to say hello:
